ZPW21/23 three layers tablet press could press powder into three-layer tablets. This tablet press machine can make round tablet and tablets in special shapes. It is manufactured to meet GMP standard.

1. The outside cover of three layers tablet press is totally closed and is made of stainless steel. The inner surface is specially treated, which can maintain the surface luster and prevent it from cross pollution.
2. This tablet press machine is fitted with transparent glass, which can help to observe the pressing state. These windows can be fully opened, so it is easy to clean and maintain.
3. All control parts and operation parts are in reasonable order.
4. ZPW21/23 three layers tablet press is equipped with over-load protection apparatus. When pressure overloads, the machine could stop automatically.
5. All transmission devices are installed inside the tablet press machine, which helps to keep machine parts clean and tidy.

Delivery
The delivery time of this tablet press machine is 45 working days from the receipt of down payment and samples of products to be operated on the machine. (The actual delivery time depends on your order.)
Guarantee
We provide thirteen months guarantee period for three layers tablet press from shipment date. During this period, we will provide free maintenance and free spare parts that caused by the tablet press machine’s quality, but buyers need to pay the express fee. Parts damaged because of mishandling and consumable parts are not covered by any warranty.
Installation and Adjusting
We can send the technician to the buyer for installing and adjusting the three layers tablet press and training the workers if the buyer invites. The installing and adjusting cost is 100 USD per day. The buyer should pay round tickets and accommodation expenses for our technicians.
